Use the bitsnacks support form with your bitsnacks account address and include the order number shown on your invoice.

2. What happens next

We assess the request under the terms shown at checkout and applicable law. An approved full refund ends the paid licence; Bitsnacks Vending Machine removes its installed device licences after it next receives and verifies the exact removal instruction.
